With more than 20 years experience Janelle has become highly regarded in these fields often sought after to support the professional learning journeys of educational contexts, corporate organisations and government entities.

Nathan Mahikai Riki

Kaiwhakahaere (Director)

Nathan has experience entrenched in the enablement of culturally empowering practices.  A former University Lecturer in Te Reo Māori and Culturally Responsive Practices, Nathan is an active leader and regarded speaker in the development of safe places for Māori and indigenous communities.

 

He has delivered multiple layers of impact spanning from rangatahi Māori (youth), through to the deep implementation of tikanga Māori and cultural competency into corporate and government organisations.

Rhea Te Aika-Puanaki

Rhea is a proud member of the Riki Consultancy whānau . In her capacity as a Kaihāpai/Consultant, she is honoured to guide and support those who engage us to partake in an educational journey, fostering understanding of the Māori world.

Rhea has a deep understanding of Māori education principles, cultural protocols, and language revitalisation efforts.

 

As an advocate for Te Ao Māori, Rhea is committed to promoting educational pathways that empower learners to engage with Māori culture, language, and values. She believes that by fostering cultural understanding, we contribute to a more inclusive and diverse society.
