With experience entrenched in the enablement of culturally empowering practices. Nathan is a former University Lecturer in Te Reo Māori and Culturally Responsive Practices. An active leader and regarded speaker in the development of safe places for Māori and indigenous communities. Delivering layers of impact for educators, rangatahi Māori, private sector and government organisations.

As an advocate for Te Ao Māori, Rhea is committed to promoting pathways that empower learners to engage with Māori culture, language, and values. She believes that by fostering cultural understanding, we contribute to a more inclusive and diverse society. Rhea has a deep understanding of Māori education principles, cultural protocols, and language revitalisation efforts.

In her role as as a Kaiurungi, Mel steers the 'waka' that is Riki Consultancy, the go-to for all things operations, admin, and events - Mel is truly the backbone for our Riki Consultancy whānau.
Mel is an active leader in the New Zealand Rugby League community. Kaiwhakahaere Tīma (team leader) for NZRL Women's 19s, Southern Zone Rugby League and Canterbury Rugby League.
