Event Registration and Confirmation

Your registration for the one-day training event will only be confirmed upon full payment of the event fee. Registration is not guaranteed until complete payment has been received.

Event Viability

The event will only proceed if a minimum number of participants have registered. If minimum participant numbers are not reached, we will:

• Cancel the event

• Provide a full refund of any payments made

• Notify registered participants via email within 4 days of the planned event date

 

Cancellation by You

If you cancel your booking for the one-day training event, the following cancellation terms will apply:
a) 10 or more days prior to the event date: 50% refund of total event cost
b) 9 or fewer days prior to the event date: No refund available

 

Cancellation by Us

In the event we cancel the event due to insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances, we guarantee:

• Full refund of the event fee

• No additional compensation will be provided

• Notification will be sent via email

 

Promotional Material

By registering for the event, you consent to:

• Receiving event updates and promotional emails

• Potential use of event photographs or videos for promotional purposes

• Option to unsubscribe from future communications at any time

 

Additional Terms

• We reserve the right to modify event content, timing, or presenters

• Standard Force Majeure clauses apply

• Venue rules regarding behavior and conduct must be followed
